Storyline is a 14-story, 147-unit market-rate apartment building located directly adjacent to Portland State University and one block from the freeway and Portland Streetcar line in downtown Portland.
Storyline offers several unit types, as well as on-site parking for tenants in a hydraulic below-ground parking ramp. Amenities include bicycle storage, bike cleaning station, dog-wash station, fitness center, common room, lounge areas, and a rooftop viewing deck.
The design aesthetic is modern with unique influences such as white stucco, metal panel, black vinyl windows, glass canopy and an aluminum storefront system.
