Jack Mortenson

Jack Mortenson joined Mortenson Properties in 2023 as an Asset Manager responsible for oversight of the Denver portfolio. Jack works closely with MPI鈥檚 partners in the region to execute on the development, stabilization and ongoing operations for a portfolio of 2.5 million square feet in operating properties and 270 acres of land for development. Before joining Mortenson Properties, Jack spent 4+ years in New York City working primarily at property technology company VTS, with prior experience in capital markets and investments roles.
Jack holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Economics from Colgate University and is an active member of ULI鈥檚 Colorado chapter. Outside of work, Jack enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend and their dog.
