Steve began his career with Mortenson in 1997 and brings decades of pre-planning, estimating, and preconstruction expertise to his customers.
As leader of Mortenson鈥檚 in-house estimating team, Steve manages Mortenson鈥檚 delivery of preconstruction services including a wide variety of estimates such as cost models, schematics, budgets, design developments, and hard bids. With insight into local pricing and trends, his experience proves invaluable in the analysis and evaluation of all components of a project鈥檚 design and construction.
Steve is a Minnesota native and attended Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis. He lives in Waukesha with his wife, daughter and son.
