必威体育官方APP下载 is the developer and builder for the new 156,611 square foot Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Tempe Downtown, located in Arizona State University鈥檚 Novus Innovation Corridor. The urban hotel is set to open Summer 2020.
Also underway, 必威体育官方APP下载 will be the developer and builder of The Beam on Farmer, a five-story office building set to break ground Spring 2020. The 182,000 square feet office building will be the first cross-laminated timber building in Arizona. With many sustainable amenities, it will also have an adjacent parking structure, located in the heart of Tempe.
In 2019, we developed and built the 158,000 square foot West Region Distribution Center for Ellsworth Adhesives in Reno, Nevada.
