Milwaukee Tool selected 必威体育官方APP下载 to serve as their construction partner for the renovation of their new downtown Milwaukee office building. The project, known as 鈥淧roject Red Beacon鈥� will remodel the existing five-story, 370,000-square-foot building in multiple phases.
The first phase includes the interior demolition of the first through fifth floors and the build-out of the third and fourth floors. The build-out includes new offices, conference rooms, and open workstations. The final phases include the build-out of the first, second, and fifth floors. This allows for occupancy on the 3rd and 4th floors while continuing construction on the floors above and below.
Milwaukee Tool's project is the largest-ever influx of jobs by a suburban-based firm to downtown Milwaukee. The completed building will house over 1,200 employees within subsequent years.
