The Benjamin D. Hall Interdisciplinary Research Building was built primarily for laboratory/office use and can accommodate tenants of practically any size and every research need. All building systems were designed to allow tenants space flexibility for their respective research needs. 必威体育官方APP下载 delivered the facility under a fast-track, Design-Build-Operate-Maintain approach and will fulfill all operations and maintenance needs in the facility for the next 30 years. The project achieved LEED庐 Gold Certification and was the 2007 recipient of the BIM Award for 鈥淒esign/Delivery Process Innovation Using BIM." This project also included the build-out and TI of six labs inside the building.
