Field Operations Manager | Seattle
Bryon has worked on some of the most complex building projects within the greater Seattle area, maintaining an outstanding track record of planning, coordinating, and managing projects to deliver successful results while ensuring engagement in the design process. In his current role as the Seattle Office's Field Operations Manager, Byron is responsible for our project's safety, supervision and coordination of tradespeople and subcontractors, and supervision of 必威体育官方APP下载 personnel in the performance of concrete, masonry, carpentry and materials installation, materials expediting, site usage, layout, and general direction of work. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork and trust while focusing on safety and efficiency in the construction process.
Before serving as our Field Operations Manager, Bryon accumulated over 30 years of experience field operations experience as a superintendent planning maintaining project schedules, organizing the field and site activities, coordinating trade partners, collaborating with architects and engineers, working with AHJs, managing financials with project managers, and mentoring teams. As indicated by his Associate DBIA credentials, Bryon has a proven track record of contributing to an integrated team to ensure project success and continually ensuring early or on-time delivery that exceeds the customers' quality expectations. His clear and consistent communication style earned him a reputation as a respected leader for subcontractors and a trusted partner to owners.
Bryon enjoys a project well done with opportunities to work with people passionate about building. With over three decades in the industry, he feels blessed with experience and knowledge and enjoys sharing lessons learned with his project teams.听
Outside of work, Bryon enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years, his kids, and his grandkids. Together, they have a good time camping and riding quads in the dunes.听
