Erin is a seasoned veteran in the construction industry, with over two decades of experience building projects across the country. She began her career in commercial construction, where she led more than $500 million in transformative projects. Later, Erin played a pivotal role in growing ±ØÍþÌåÓý¹Ù·½APPÏÂÔØ’s Energy Storage business from its infancy, establishing trusted partnerships with key customers and defining a positive team culture.

Now, as the Director of Operations for ±ØÍþÌåÓý¹Ù·½APPÏÂÔØ’s Electric Vehicle and Microgrid Infrastructure group, Erin leverages her extensive experience and insights from both the commercial and energy storage sectors. Additionally, she has a thorough understanding of structured cable and its critical role in data center construction. Erin is deeply involved in guiding the group’s direction, sharing her expertise throughout project lifecycles, and fostering teamwork and construction excellence.

Beyond her career achievements, Erin has spearheaded initiatives such as LEED accreditation trainings and foreperson trainings. She is a strong advocate and advisor for ±ØÍþÌåÓý¹Ù·½APPÏÂÔØ’s Women’s Business Resource Group.

Erin is a proven leader, adept at managing collaborative teams focused on achieving project success and exceeding customer expectations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a LEED-accredited professional and a Design-Build Institute of America Associate. Erin actively participates in local organizations, including the UW-Madison Civil & Environmental Engineering Visiting Committee and Girls on the Run.

Originally from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Erin now resides in the Minneapolis area with her partner and two children. Together, they enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and boating.
