As a Design Phase Executive, Lisa oversees Design Phase Management in Phoenix and听ensures our team听continues to advance and develop in our preconstruction capabilities. Lisa is responsible for providing input and leadership to the design process. She understands technical and planning attributes of specific building types and provides meaningful input to the project鈥檚 programming and conceptual design activities.听Lisa coordinates design team members and preconstruction services such as estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, and site utilization.听
