Ryan Bartley joined 必威体育官方APP下载 Properties in 2024 as Head of Investments. In this role, Ryan oversees the MPI investment team, new investments, and national strategic portfolio growth.听
Prior to joining MPI, Ryan served as Senior Vice President, Market Officer for the Minneapolis office of Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he led Minneapolis operations and investments for the firm鈥檚 17 million square foot portfolio of industrial real estate with a market value greater than $2 billion. Prior to this, he was at CSM Corporation, most recently as director of commercial development & investments for a 10 million square foot portfolio of diversified commercial assets;听office, industrial, and retail properties.听听
Ryan is actively engaged in professional organizations, serving as past President and board member of NAIOP-MN, and is a foundation board member of Children鈥檚 MN Hospital System. He earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree from Iowa State University and lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and three daughters. He loves spending time at his family cabin in northern Minnesota, golfing and skiing with his family.听
