Ben joined 必威体育官方APP下载 in 2010, and currently serves as a Project Executive for our Phoenix office.听Over听the past 13听years, Ben听has developed high-performing, collaborative, and efficient teams that provide customers with a far superior experience.听听He provides overall leadership on complex, fast track projects in the Valley, and听establishes project objectives. He notably听led the implementation of Flow Scheduling (Takt Time Planning), an approach to听structuring, assigning, and managing work to create reliable, predictable workflow, on the first project in Phoenix, which is now a standard and value driver on all 必威体育官方APP下载 Phoenix projects.听
Since moving to Phoenix from Minneapolis, Ben has successfully delivered innovative solutions on several landmark projects like the SRP PAB Betterments project and the under-construction ASU Multi-Purpose Arena.听
